never ask students to smile but instead, our staff is
trained to interact empathetically with the students to
capture relaxed and genuine expressions. A key photographic
concept for us that appears in some of our marketing
materials is, “We don’t ask you to smile when we take your
photograph because we are always there to capture it when
you do.”
We
mail a detailed brochure to each senior during the
spring or summer explaining the timelines, clothing
suggestions and pricing.
We
handle scheduling of all senior appointments at the
convenience of the students from our offices.
We offer
email confirmation of student yearbook choices via
our website. Students can enter their ID number and have a
low-resolution copy of the image appearing in the yearbook
emailed to them for confirmation purposes.
Online
senior proofing and ordering is available. While we
provide every student with a proof set on photographic paper
because of it’s superior quality and ease of handling and
selection, online proofing is available as requested.
We
provide periodic updates to the school about who has
been photographed and / or scheduled.
We offer
black and white or color package options.
We use
full time photographers in order to create consistent
results.
Our
offices and labs are locally based for more effective
parent customer service.
